The Bullitt Center is the greenest office building in the world. The 50,000 square foot, six-storey commercial space can generate its own water and electricity, and was designed from top to bottom to be as efficient as possible. It is equipped with a 14,000 square foot photovoltaic array, a rainwater cistern, greywater recycling, compositing toilets, automated windows and blinds and a sustainably-sourced timber frame.
